Growing scientific evidence shows that well-being impacts health, resilience, life success, and the ability to contribute to society more than any other single quality, including IQ. The Center for Healthy Minds is backed by Healthy Minds Innovations (HMI), an affiliated organization dedicated to supports its mission and vision. With HMI’s support, CHM disseminates tools and services to help real people build skills related to well-being, on both personal and institutional levels, to create a more compassionate world.
