The Opportunity

As the Hun School embarks on a new chapter of blending both tradition and innovation, it seeks a strategic, collaborative, and visionary Director of Development to lead all fundraising and engagement initiatives. This is a critical opportunity for an advancement professional to build on Hun’s culture of philanthropy and deepen its impact across campus and beyond.

Reporting to the Associate Head of School for External Affairs and serving on the School’s senior leadership team, the Director will serve as Hun’s chief fundraiser, overseeing the development team and managing a personal portfolio of major donors.

This individual will be a leader on strategy and a builder of relationships. Drawing on a skill set that includes both technical knowledge and nuanced competencies, the Director will help steer the strategic direction of the School, elevate departmental goals, and cultivate transformative philanthropic support.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $175,000.
