MSI Reproductive Choices is an international non-governmental organization with a global presence in 37 countries spanning six continents. Dedicated to empowering women and girls to make reproductive choices, MSI operates with a pro-choice stance, advocating for an individual’s right to choose if, when, and how many children to have. As one of the world’s largest providers of contraception, safe abortion services, and post-abortion care, MSI served over 21.1 million people in 2022 through a network of 300 centers, outreach teams, nurses, midwives, partnerships with government health ministries, and collaborations with pharmacies and private providers.
