For more than three decades, The ELC has worked to build an inclusive business leadership pipeline. Founded in 1986, the ELC continues to advance the mission of increasing the number of successful Black executives worldwide. The ELC designs and delivers professional development, leadership opportunities, and philanthropic engagements to Black executives throughout their careers to open channels of opportunity that positively impact businesses and communities.
