The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Business and Economics, with a dotted-line to central fundraising’s AVP for University Development, the Assistant Dean of Development will manage all aspects of the College’s comprehensive major gifts program. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing a comprehensive development plan, identifying potential donors, and, working closely with the Director of Alumni Relations, establishing and executing a donor relations, stewardship and annual fund plan. Requirements include a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of leadership and management experience.
