The Opportunity

The Senior Associate Vice President, Constituent Development Units (SAVP) will work directly with the CEO and Foundation President, Lisa Calvert, to identify campaign priorities and set fundraising goals for each of the colleges, centers, and other units of Washington State University to successfully realize a significant campaign. The SAVP will manage a team of 5 co-associate vice presidents who oversee a combined 75 major gifts officers. In time, the SAVP may also carry a major gifts portfolio.

The SAVP will be a leader in change management, capable of articulating successfully for and implementing new approaches within an already-successful environment.
