The Institute for Nonprofit Practice seeks a Vice President, National Recruitment (VP), a strategic leader who will own full-scale recruiting across the country and oversee the INP’s recruitment strategy. This individual will be a resident expert on recruitment and admissions practices and collaborate to ensure a consistent world-class experience. The VP will lead all strategic and innovative decisions that impact how INP attracts leaders at diﬀerent levels of their careers for its growing portfolio of programmatic oﬀerings. An organization leader, the ideal candidate will be highly skilled in pipeline, people, and partnership management, with a track record of leading teams to meet recruitment targets, and will bring a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to everything they do.
