The Opportunity

Holy Cross seeks a dynamic, strategic, and experienced leader to serve as its next Vice President for Advancement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and leading a best-in-class Advancement program that includes a fully integrated development and alumni relations program as well as campaign planning, donor relations, development communications, and data analytics. This opportunity is a leadership role reporting directly to the President and works in close collaboration with colleagues and peers on the President’s leadership team, other key stakeholders throughout the college, and a highly engaged Board of Trustees. With a commitment to collaboration, excellence, and the Jesuit mission, the VPA will lead a team of more than 50 advancement professionals dedicated to furthering the mission and values of the Holy Cross.
