To build and strengthen a culture of philanthropy devoted to Texas Biomed’s groundbreaking work, the VP will bring a collaborative and mentorship-based approach to motivate and coach a team of four highly ambitious and hardworking professionals.
Joining the Institute during the silent phase of a multimillion-dollar comprehensive campaign, A Scientific Revolution, the VP will play a crucial role in ensuring its success through strategic planning and execution. They will craft innovative outreach and fundraising strategies while nurturing existing relationships with prospects and donors, including Trustees, to foster increased engagement and philanthropic support for Texas Biomed.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, intellectually curious, and broad thinkers with a proven track record in securing major and principal gifts. As a visible member of the internal and external community, the VP will draw upon their professional acumen and strong communication skills to successfully engage senior leadership, scientists, faculty, and a variety of constituent groups and stakeholders united by a passion for Texas Biomed’s innovative research endeavors.
