Digital Green seeks a Vice President of Development (VP) to play a pivotal role in fueling and harnessing the organization’s forward momentum. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and leading a team of three, the VP will oversee a comprehensive program encompassing institutional, family, and individual giving. The position will focus on nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones with funders whose interests and passions are in alignment with Digital Green.
Essential requirements include a strong grasp of multilateral funding in the international NGO sphere, experience in global capacities, and creativity in converting donors’ interests into meaningful impact. Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for Digital Green’s mission and technology-driven agricultural improvements are vital qualities for the ideal candidate.
