The Opportunity

The Associate
Athletic Director for Development (Director) is a tremendous chance for the
sports enthusiast to take an already successful major gifts program in the USF
Department of Athletics to new heights. In this highly collaborative position,
the Director will coordinate all development and communication activity with
Department of Athletics leaders, including coaches and other executive staff.
Managing a personal portfolio of major gifts prospects, the Director will play
an integral role in the Department of Athletics current $30M campaign within
USF’s overall $300 million campaign by expanding the Department’s major gift
pipeline and engaging donors with its athletics facilities. A minimum of three years’ experience is
required, with a track record in higher education athletic fundraising a plus.
