The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President for Development, the Director of Annual Giving will plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate a comprehensive annual giving program, with a specific focus on increasing alumni participation and revenue. S/He will lead and manage the Annual Giving team and will hire, train, mentor, appraise, and direct staff. The Director of Annual Giving will also collaborate with the four schools, the college, the library, Parent Relations, and Athletics to coordinate mail, email, and phone appeal schedules and achieve annual giving goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a minimum of five years of annual giving experience, with a demonstrated track record of success.
