Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago (CCAC) was founded more than a century ago to meet human need through the Mission of Charity. Partnering with mission-driven people and organizations across Cook and Lake Counties, CCAC improves lives and nourishes spirits; strengthens and empowers people, families, and communities; and commits to being present through the eyes of faith. As the largest human services provider in the region, CCAC serves thousands daily—regardless of their faith, gender, race, or ethnicity.

The Opportunity

The Vice President of Institutional Advancement will lead a dynamic 25-person team whose strategic fundraising initiatives are vital to ensuring the regional and national impact of CCAC. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the VP-IA will partner with other members of the CCAC senior leadership team to lead and deliver on all institutional funding and philanthropic activities.

In alignment with CCAC’s commitment to service, the VP-IA will be a mission-driven professional, a dependable team leader, and a strategic systems builder with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets in dynamic, multi-service environments.
