Senior Director of Philanthropy

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries
Boston, Massachusetts

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries is a dynamic, mission-focused, and vibrant social justice organization whose purpose is to help individuals with barriers to self-sufficiency achieve independence and dignity through work. Its visionary founder, Rev. Edgar Helms, fervently believed that “people need not charity but a chance” and conceived the idea of collecting unwanted household goods and employing impoverished immigrants to refurbish items for resale. Over the years, the range of Goodwill’s work has broadened significantly, and it now serves thousands annually with job training and career services.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management team to build leadership giving while also reinvigorating support for the Annual Fund and signature event. The successful candidate will fully embrace the Goodwill mission and relish the excitement and opportunity for success and satisfaction that come with hands-on leadership.
