The College of Business Administration provides transformative business education and thought leadership through knowledge creation, innovative programs, and extraordinary experiences. The College strives for high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs that serve their land grant mission, multifaceted interaction with the business community, and research endeavors that influence business practice and inform business education.
The KSU Foundation seeks a Senior Director of Development who will provide the overall guidance and management of the College of Business Administration’s major gifts program and team. The Director will participate in strategy development for fundraising priorities, carry a portfolio of major gifts donors and prospects, and manage a team of three frontline fundraisers to raise $15 million in FY23. Serving as the chief ambassador and front-line fundraiser for the College, the Director will leverage and strengthen relationships and networks, working across private, public, and corporate partnerships. The Director will act as the Advisory Council’s liaison on behalf of the Dean and be a key partner in articulating the impact of their involvement and investment in the College.
