The Opportunity
The Senior Vice President of Development/Executive Director (SVP) will be a highly experienced and charismatic leader who will serve as chief development officer for Saint Luke’s Health System and chief administrator for Saint Luke’s Foundation. The SVP will be responsible for strategic planning, organizational leadership, fundraising, and the stewardship of funds for medical education, research, and other clinical and charitable programs within Saint Luke’s Health System.
The incoming SVP will be an integral part of the Saint Luke’s senior leadership team and will have a tremendous opportunity to build and grow its entire fundraising team. In this highly visible position, the SVP will possess an excellent management and coaching track record, exceptional leadership skills, strong fiscal management, and deep knowledge of and experience in fundraising.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, collaborative, and entrepreneurial professional with a significant history of working with grateful patient donors, community stakeholders, boards of directors, physicians, and healthcare administration. This unique and exciting leadership position represents a major step in propelling fundraising forward for the System.
