The Rheumatology Research Foundation was founded in 1985 to advance
research and training to improve the health of people living with
rheumatic diseases. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, it is the largest
private funding source for rheumatology in the United States and has
provided more than 2,200 awards and grants to medical and graduate
students, residents, fellows, physicians and health professionals.

The Opportunity

The Regional Development Officer, West is
responsible for the execution of major gift fundraising consistent with
the mission and strategic plan. The selected candidate will develop and
implement strategies for identifying, cultivating and stewarding major
gifts in the $50K to $500K range from potential and existing donors in
an assigned geography region, specifically the western region.
