Crossroads Continuum is a nonprofit, multi-service organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and related disorders from birth through adulthood. For more than 20 years, it has served individuals with autism with personalized, evidence-based services and reinforcements. Its continuum of programs meets the needs of individuals of all ages and abilities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will advocate for individuals with autism, educate the community, inform policy makers, and engage key stakeholders and donors with a lens toward compassionate support. The CEO will lead Crossroads Continuum as it continues to evolve from its origins as a school and blossoms as a multi-service community-based agency.

To progress toward this ambitious vision, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and senior leadership to establish and execute on long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
