The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Secretary of the Academy, the Director of International Advancement (Director) is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of strategies and tactics designed to strengthen relationships with international alumni, parents and friends who will become significant donors to the school. The Director will conceive, lead, and execute initiatives that will yield significant gifts from these benefactors, and successfully coordinate the international activities of senior Academy leaders, faculty, and volunteers. Seven to ten years or more of direct or related professional experience, along with an expertise in business and an understanding of analytics, is required. Experience in international fundraising is preferred.
