The Opportunity

The Director of Advancement Communications (Director) is responsible for developing and leading the execution of an integrated, multi-media communication and marketing strategy for the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). The Director will oversee the production of donor engagement and solicitation materials, including those to support a comprehensive campaign and the ongoing needs of the Andover Fund and Parent Fund. The Director will collaborate across OAR departments to develop key messages and create compelling materials that generate enthusiasm and support for the Academy’s highest philanthropic priorities. Seven to ten years or more of direct or related professional experience is required, including demonstrated superior results in environments that point to potential for success.
