The Opportunity

The Director of Leadership Gifts will play a critical part on the Foundation fundraising team in elevating the organization’s overall revenue stream. The highly visible, self-directed and creative Director will work with the Senior Vice President to develop fundraising goals and strategies for engaging volunteers and identifying new supporters. The ideal candidate has solicited and closed five- and six-figure gifts or more from individuals through an annual fund or major gift program.
