Uplift Education has raised over $100 million over the past decade and in 2015 the organization successfully completed a $72 million capital campaign.

The Opportunity

Uplift Education is seeking an innovative and self-motivated fundraising professional as a Manager of Development. This is an opportunity for a collaborative, data-driven development professional who is ready to take their career to the next level and is excited about building and driving a growing annual campaign. A positive attitude and desire to raise funds for a progressive organization that prioritizes concern for people and the community is essential.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Manager will work with the external affairs team to grow annual campaign fundraising and volunteer efforts that support a philanthropy program that overall raises $10 million annually. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of direct experience in annual giving experience and be committed to education reform.
