The Opportunity

The Chief Development Officer, Network Philanthropy will serve as the enterprise-wide leader responsible for providing fundraising and administrative services, structures, policies and procedures, best practice development, and strategic planning for the entire System. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Robert Garrett and serving as a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health Executive Leadership team, the CDO will have four direct reports. The ideal candidate has at least 20 years management work experience in fundraising in a complex academic environment and a demonstrated ability to lead a successful capital campaign.
