The Opportunity

A key member of senior management reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President of Advancement (VP) will refine and implement a five-year strategic operating plan and build upon, augment and improve existing advancement strategic priorities all in support of a multi-million-dollar capital campaign, now in the early planning phase. As such, there is a unique opportunity for a mission driven, development professional to expand the annual fund, establish a major donor engagement structure and pipeline, develop a planned and deferred giving program and create a solid infrastructure to reach out and engage supporters. The VP will elevate and propel Franciscan’s current and future funding priorities, and also grow, manage and lead a team of advancement business professionals in a results-oriented manner for a new, more competitive approach to advancement functions. This high-level position requires 10 or more years of related experience demonstrating a career trajectory of increasing responsibility.
