The Opportunity
The new Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UCLA’s undergraduate student body. Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, this leader will oversee the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of over 10,000 new first-year and transfer undergraduates each year from an applicant pool of 170,000.
Tasked with setting a strategic vision for admissions, the Executive Director will collaborate with faculty, campus partners, system colleagues, and external stakeholders to attract a talented and diverse pool of applicants. This position offers the chance to shape UCLA’s enrollment outcomes, using data-driven strategies to achieve ambitious access and equity goals.

The salary range for this position is $116,500 – $282,300.
