The St. Paul’s Schools are a family of independent schools located in Brooklandville, Maryland. Rooted in the Episcopal faith and recently unified under one umbrella, St. Paul’s Pre and Lower School (coed), St. Paul’s School for Girls, and St. Paul’s School for Boys share a 120-acre campus and a focus on developing confident, well-balanced students who will use their education and ethics to improve the world.

The Opportunity

The St. Paul’s Schools seek an Executive Director of Advancement who is committed to creating a supportive learning environment. The ED will develop and execute a campus-wide strategic plan and comprehensive campaign in support of the Schools’ mission. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional with proven leadership and change management experience to make a lasting impact during this exciting period of transformation.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced fundraiser, leader, and manager who is dedicated to mentoring their team and fostering collaboration across the Schools. They will have the vision and ability to strengthen St. Paul’s vibrant, diverse, and inclusive community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
