The Opportunity

Smith School of Business seeks an Executive Director, Development and Alumni Relations, who will report to the Associate Vice-Principal (Development) and the Dean and provide leadership to advance fundraising and alumni engagement efforts. This role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure long-term financial support for Smith’s priorities, managing a diverse portfolio of major donors and institutions, and providing guidance to the Dean, senior administrators, and volunteers. Working with the university-wide Advancement team, the Executive Director will oversee initiatives to maximize engagement and philanthropic support, while serving as a recognized leader in fundraising and a key adviser to various stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 to a maximum of $170,000 CAD, plus an exceptional benefits package and relocation. Applications from international candidates are welcomed and will be considered per Canadian immigration laws.
