Aspire Living & Learning is a nonprofit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodiverse adults and children. This is achieved by providing residential programs, day support, special education, and employment services. Aspire does this in partnership with families and in collaboration with public and private health, human service, education, and other government agencies.

The Opportunity

Aspire seeks a Director of Philanthropy to lead fundraising efforts that will directly impact its mission to serve neurodiverse children and adults who are discovering their passions, unlocking potential, and thriving. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Philanthropy will serve as a strategic thought partner for philanthropy, as well as lead the charge in planning and implementing a development program to provide for the short- and long-term needs of the organization.

Serving in this inaugural position, the Director will build a team that fuels Aspire’s aspirations as it expands its reach and impact in the Northeast United States.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong background in building and executing strategic plans and fundraising strategies.
