The Opportunity

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is seeking a Director of Annual Giving to join its 25-person Institutional Advancement team and transform and grow its annual giving program. Reporting to the Executive Director of Alumni Relations, the Director will be charged with assessing the current annual giving program and building a plan for strategic growth. The annual giving program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi represents all areas and initiatives across the University, with particular attention to the acquisition and retention of a broad base of alumni, faculty and staff, parents and grandparents, and friends of the University. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an emerging leader to build their own program from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent project manager with a passion for creating and implementing data-driven strategies and a proven ability to work across the campus to execute projects and initiatives. They will be donor-centered and excited to experiment and explore new approaches for connecting with donors.
