The Opportunity
Tabor seeks a Director of Advancement at this pivotal moment to provide strategic and operational leadership over the school’s fundraising and engagement efforts. The Director of Advancement will be an experienced development professional who is skillful in change management. They will lead and inspire a staff of 15 across all areas of advancement while implementing best-practices to guide their activity and increase success. As the chief frontline fundraiser, the Director of Advancement will carry a portfolio of high-level prospects and donors and develop engagement strategies that align donor interests with the school’s priorities.
