The Opportunity

Westridge is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Advancement to drive philanthropy and alumnae engagement at the school. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director will oversee the Advancement Team and shape a robust culture of philanthropy that allows Westridge to prepare students to make meaningful contributions to society.

As a proactive thought partner to the Head of School, the Director will guide strategic planning and goal setting for advancement initiatives in alignment with the school’s strategic priorities. Leading a team of five, the Director will spearhead efforts to expand fundraising initiatives, champion the mission and vision of the school, and inspire philanthropic investments in the future of Westridge.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong commitment to Westridge’s mission, an ability to foster relationships and develop programs, and experience in campaign planning and execution.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $230,000.
