Dr. Isabelle Buckley founded The Buckley School in 1933 with a mission to provide students with a comprehensive education encompassing academics, athletics, the arts, and moral education.

As the School embarks on its 91st year, it remains at the forefront of independent school education, keeping a keen eye on what lies ahead. The Opportunity

The Buckley School seeks a dynamic and skilled fundraising leader to serve as its new Director of Advancement. In addition to overseeing campaign efforts, the director will lead the Advancement team and create a comprehensive fundraising strategy to elevate philanthropic investment at the School.

The new Director will possess the breadth and depth of experience to bolster annual giving and secure major and principal gifts to support programs and key priorities. The successful candidate will be a sophisticated strategist with a track record of collaboration and relationship building.

The salary range for this role is $170,000–$210,000.
