The Opportunity

The Associate Vice President for Principal Gifts will
work with senior management, deans and faculty in developing
relationships with individuals and organizations to secure principal
gifts of $1M or more. The incumbent will supervise the principal gifts
team and coordinate the work of all development officers on gifts at the
highest level. S/He will be expected to develop detailed cultivation,
solicitation and stewardship plans and work with key volunteers and
trustees to execute strategies. Additionally, the candidate will manage
the President’s prospect portfolio and will facilitate a data-driven
approach to identifying gift prospects.
