The Opportunity

Cranbrook Educational Community is seeking a Senior Director of Development for Cranbrook Academy of Art and Cranbrook Art Museum (CAA-CAM). The Senior Director will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan for CAA-CAM. This work will include setting short and long term goals and directing and executing annual giving programs, membership, foundation and corporate support, grants, and major gifts to enable the work of the Academy of Art and Art Museum. This position will report to the Chief Advancement Officer of Cranbrook Educational Community and works closely with the Director of CAA-CAM. A minimum of 10 years of experience is requested, with a preference for experience with museums, cultural institutions, and educational organizations, as well as with major gifts.
