The Opportunity

CHC is seeking a Vice President of Development to shape and lead efforts that bolster its vision of supporting healthy, thriving communities where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a highly respected organization in which development will play a critical role. The ideal candidate will be a strategist with strong leadership skills who will envision goals and create programs and funding initiatives for diverse audiences. The new VP will be energetic and entrepreneurial, with the ability to close deals and create opportunities that promote CHC’s important mission.

A newly created role, the VP will lead and direct private fundraising initiatives for a prominent national organization focused on the health of the underserved, training the next generation of healthcare leaders, research, and innovation. This position represents the organization’s commitment to strategically expand existing private fundraising efforts with the objective of providing leadership, day-to-day management, vision, and inspiration to build a development program to rival and surpass others in the sector.
