The Opportunity
Clark University is seeking an experienced professional to fill the pivotal role of Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for University Advancement, the Director will plan, execute, and evaluate all stewardship and donor relations programming for University Advancement, and will specifically focus on gift acknowledgment processes, fund management and reporting, trustee engagement, and managing the University’s leadership donor recognition societies. Expertise in supervising hallmark and signature events from concept to implementation is required. A master’s degree is preferred with 7 to 10 years of proven success in higher education management that includes at least 5 years in a university advancement program. Clark is embarking on an aggressive advancement and fundraising plan and the selected candidate will be vital to increasing donations and participation within the Clark Fund, Major Giving and Principal Gifts.
