The Opportunity

City of Hope is seeking a highly-experienced, detail-oriented Vice President, Donor Experience and Philanthropy Communications to be an integral part of the Chief Philanthropy Officer’s Senior Steering Leadership Team. This strategic and practical-thinking fundraising communications leader will design, guide and execute strategies that will help transform the organization into a “destination for philanthropy.” The Vice President will be a senior-level liaison to the Marketing/Communications Department and will seek to enhance donor experiences through effective stewardship/recognition programs, cultivation and engagement activities. The position will be a critical player in the design and execution of campaign-related collateral materials and messaging consistent with the philanthropic case for support and in alignment with larger communications platforms developed by MarComm. 

City of Hope is seeking a candidate with at least 15 years of experience working in a complex non-profit environment.
