The Opportunity
City of Hope is seeking a Senior Executive Director of Development to be a key stakeholder in the work to transform the future of medicine, leading this donor-centric, highly effective Affinity and Legacy Groups, 3rd Party and Workplace Giving program. As a member of the Philanthropy Leadership Team, this experienced fundraising professional will lead, grow and steward a national volunteer donor program, building on the strengths of the network of legacy chapters and re-envisioning how historic chapters can fully integrate with the fundraising program. Offering strategic insight and guidance, the Senior Executive Director will position affinity and legacy chapters, 3rd party and workplace groups to support national outreach. City of Hope is seeking candidates with significant fundraising experience for non-profits, particularly in the medical or academic sectors, and management experience. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Affinity, 3rd Party and Signature Events.
