The Opportunity

Peggy Adams seeks a Chief Operating Officer to act as the general manager of day-to-day operations and be regarded as second in command to the CEO. The COO will forge a strong relationship with the CEO, ensuring that daily oversight of operations, internal functions, and administration of all departments are compatible and the organization is managed cohesively. The COO serves as a key leadership team member and is an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the organization and its lifesaving mission.
