STEWARD LINK was formed to link the landowner, farmer, and leaseholder to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), and the Farm Service Agency. By connecting individuals with these governmental agencies, STEWARD LINK helps dedicated land stewards obtain access to and maximize the benefits from USDA conservation programs. This results in more conservation for the good of both people and the planet.
STEWARD LINK has experienced tremendous growth and is seeking its first Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team and provide strategic direction to ensure the company continues to grow sustainably in support of its clients.
Reporting directly to the President and Founder, the COO will oversee daily business operations and strategic planning efforts. As a member of the executive team, the COO will be responsible for planning and management integration, program evaluation, alignment of internal resources, creation of new resources and initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a specific interest in agriculture, conservation, and land stewardship. A successful candidate will possess the organizational leadership skills to support a rapidly growing client-focused operation.
