The Opportunity

CEEM seeks a Chief Executive Officer who will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership while inspiring a core team and regional chapters to elevate the organization’s mission. The CEO is responsible for developing an ever-evolving expansion strategy, supporting members with necessary tools and resources, and serving as a liaison across CEEM’s collective engine and nonprofit. As the face of the organization, the CEO will build and maintain significant relationships internally and externally, in addition to overseeing brand and marketing strategy.

To successfully identify, pursue, and leverage opportunities for this transformational organization, the CEO will be a charismatic leader, an outstanding problem-solver, and a flexible, strategic planner. The salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000.
