The Opportunity

Combined Arms seeks a Chief Development Officer (CDO) who is a driven leader with strong fundraising skills. The CDO will take a visionary approach to management, strategic planning, and collaboration as they build partnerships that advance the mission of Combined Arms.

Current and future philanthropic partnerships are critical for Combined Arms to support over 16.5 million veterans in the United States. To broaden the scope of this impact, the CDO will form relationships with people and organizations on a national scale to ensure even more veterans and their families have access to resources to successfully transition to civilian life.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and display a clear connection to the mission of Combined Arms. As a staunch advocate and representative of the people served by Combined Arms, the CDO will put veterans at the center of every aspect of their work, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning.
