The Opportunity

The Academy seeks a sophisticated and experienced fundraising executive for the role of Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to provide management, leadership, and strategic vision for all aspects of the school’s fundraising activities and constituent engagement. Reporting to Head of School Dr. John P.N. Austin, the CAO will join a vibrant and close-knit academic community that is creative, inquisitive, rigorous, and joyful. The CAO will strengthen relationships with existing donors and work with the Office of Advancement research team to identify and cultivate potential new prospects. The ideal candidate must be a skilled fundraiser, strategic thought partner, and talented manager with deep experience in supporting governing boards.
