As one of the largest social service non-profit organizations in Massachusetts, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston (CCAB) serves their most vulnerable neighbors each year, regardless of religion, race, gender, age, disability, or ethnicity. CCAB has 23 locations overall, including five hub sites in Dorchester, Lynn, Brockton, Lowell, and South Boston, and over 400 employees supporting families across Eastern Massachusetts.

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston (CCAB) is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to shape and lead advancement efforts in supporting its mission of building a just and compassionate society rooted in the dignity of all people. The new Vice President will create a sustainable fundraising program to ensure and enrich the diversified services and programs on which its constituencies rely. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a highly respected organization in which development plays a critical role.
