The Opportunity
Carolinas HealthCare Foundation seeks a seasoned industry expert for the inaugural role of Director of Prospect Research. With new leadership at the helm, the enterprise is making a significant investment to grow and build a best-in-class fundraising operation. The incoming Director of Prospect Research will partner with both the President of the Foundation and the Senior Vice President of Development to create a leading-edge research operation, with the ultimate goal of supporting a high-level grateful patient program.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the Director of Prospect Research will offer independent leadership and management support for selected Atrium Health fund development programs and activities. This is a tremendous opportunity to build and grow a team that provides value to the entire enterprise. By introducing and codifying industry best practices, the Director will play a critical role in elevating the level of fundraising sophistication at the Carolinas HealthCare Foundation.
