The Opportunity

BB&N is seeking an experienced strategic fundraiser and manager to guide and grow the Advancement program at the school. This Chief Advancement Officer will bring a proven track record of leadership, a passion for mentorship, and more than 10 years of comprehensive development experience, with at least 5 years on a leadership level, to the position. S/He will engineer a program that uses best practices, focuses on major giving, and implements clear benchmarks for success. Understanding of private school culture, education and alumni relations is important.
