The Opportunity
This is an exceptional time for The Bryn Mawr School as it seeks its next Director of Development. The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, leadership and project management skills; understanding of fundraising best practices; and a strong track record of personal fundraising successes, ideally from both alumni and parents. S/He will be skilled at delegating and trusting in and empowering the members of the development team to execute on priorities and meet goals, and possess impeccable attention to detail. A commitment to all-girls education is highly essential.
