The Opportunity
The Senior Grants Officer for Boston Medical Center will be a key part of a dynamic Foundation Relations and Government Grants team. This fundraising entrepreneur will cultivate and manage a portfolio of government and foundation grants related to clinical initiatives, educational programs and research. A creative strategic thinker, skilled project manager, and outstanding writer, the Senior Grants Officer will facilitate dialogue between funders and principal investigators and lead the preparation of federal, state, and foundation grant proposals. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in grant writing and/or research, as well as in-depth knowledge of health care service delivery models, trends in health organizations and financing, and evaluation methods.
