Philanthropy and alumni engagement are increasingly essential to how ANU supports its students, advances its research, and furthers its international collaborations. ANU Advancement has been building the philanthropic foundation for ANU, upon which the University plans to launch its first comprehensive and significant fundraising campaign.

As one of the world’s top 12 law schools, and Australia’s national law school, ANU College of Law balances a global outlook with a focus on those within its communities. The College has a strong focus on being able to provide assistance with public policy, circumnavigating the current political challenges whist remaining a leader in legal education and research.

The Opportunity

The Head of Advancement is a critical position within the College of Law and a senior member of the University’s Development Team. It is responsible for delivering on the College and University’s philanthropy and alumni engagement strategy and meeting ambitious fundraising goals. The successful candidate will be a sophisticated fundraiser with energy, commitment and an exceptional track record in relationship management with major donors. ANU is looking for a vibrant personality who can lead, build and collaborate, to help advance a culture of philanthropy within the College and beyond.
