The Opportunity
NYU’s Office of University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP), Development, Schools and Institutes. The AVP will contribute to NYU’s fundraising efforts for its eight schools, institute-based development teams, and the Institutional Engagement team.
Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the AVP will shape NYU’s future campaign, establish fundraising best practices, and foster a collaborative and accountable culture. Collaborating with UDAR colleagues, school deans, and institute directors, ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive development experience, including major gift fundraising and team management, as well as experience working closely with academic leaders.
The annual base salary range for this position is $255,000 – $305,000.
